Centerplan Development LLC permitted and approved this 8,000 square-foot Family Dollar, which opened for business in December 2012 in the town of Bradford, VT. Bradford is an Act 250 town, which requires state approval of projects of this nature. Despite an arduous process, Centerplan was successful, and with its in-house expertise was able to reduce a known two-year process to four months. The building contains special architectural elements and sits prominently on Route 5, the main thoroughfare, across from a Hannaford Grocery and next to Bond Auto. Centerplan Development has also developed sites in Littleton, New Hampshire and Enfield, New Hampshire.
