Robert A. Landino, P.E., served as the principal planner, designer, and owner's representative during construction for a proposed 184 unit residential community, located on Pomeroy Avenue in Meriden, Connecticut. This development was planned with four stick constructed buildings in which two were four stories in height, and two were two stories, providing a gentle perception of density from the streetscape. Amenities included a club house, fitness center, and swimming pool, centered on-site for convenience and visible impact to enhance tenant interest. This development was completed in 2004 and sold to a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
